At The PupHub, our goal is to provide a safe, and enjoyable environment where every dog can thrive. Every detail of our space and approach is designed to support calm behaviour, positive socialization, and a truly enjoyable experience for both dogs and their owners.
Daycare Requirements
To maintain a balanced and safe group environment:
- We welcome intact dogs
- For the comfort and safety of all, we do not accept females in heat
- Intact males must demonstrate appropriate social behaviour and be manageable in a group setting
- All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations
- Dogs should be friendly, social, and suitable for group play
- Dogs must be house-trained
- If your dog tends to mark, we kindly ask that a diaper is provided
Clean Space Commitment
We take pride in maintaining a clean, healthy, and welcoming environment for every dog in our care.
This helps us to:
- Reduce indoor accidents
- Minimize the spread of bacteria and parasites
- Encourage consistent potty habits
Holiday & Peak Daycare
During holidays and high-demand periods, daycare operates at adjusted rates due to increased demand and staffing.
We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability during these busy times.

Leashes & Equipment
For the safety and comfort of all dogs and staff, each dog must arrive with properly fitted walking equipment:
if suitable equipment is NOT provided, no problem — dogs have access to our outdoor play space.
